This listing is for a full bolt of traditional Japanese fabric intended to be made into an obi sash. These bolts are wonderfully versatile (and reversible!) - they can be used as is for a kimono belt, unrolled as an elegant table runner, or repurposed into entirely new creations.

Funky and unique, this obi bolt features rhythmic lines of diamonds in cream and black against a burnt orange. The diamonds connect in a zig-zag cadence - perhaps meant to represent steppingstones leading across a garden path. The design is abstract with the geometrics giving an overall mid-century modern quality to it.
