We create these hair sticks from new wooden Japanese chopsticks (the pointy style), wrapping a single himo tie (taken from a vintage Japanese haori jacket) and adding a length of hand-picked beads that compliment the color(s) of the himo tie. Perfect for wearing with a kimono, since long hair must always be tied up to expose the back of the neck.
