This listing is for a large indigo tapestry created with shibori resist stitching.  It might not be vintage, per se, but was included in a lot purchase of vintage kimono. It could have been created as a table cover or simply shibori art.

The pattern features a central floral surrounded by four smaller versions of the same, with a double border framing it all.  Several different shibori stitches were used - look closely to see some of the tiny needle holes left from the shibori binding. Could be displayed horizontally or vertically.
