This listing is for a pair of vintage Japanese momohiki- open-waist leggings that are worn over a short kimono, typically to festivals or cultural parades or celebrations. 

They may seem like they would be a puzzle to put on but watch the video below for an explanation. It's actually easier than you think.

These momohiki are small size - best for a size 2 - and are a solid dark indigo blue, almost black, with a light blue lining. We usually only see tattered, worn versions of these, but this pair seems unworn and brand new.
