This listing is for a traditional underkimono (juban in Japanese) designed to be worn beneath a woman's kimono. Underkimono make great robes because they are shorter than over-kimono so they don't have the extra length that is folded over to pad the waist. This kimono is a cream color silk with a momiji (maple leaf) jacquard, with florals stenciled in a bright chartreuse, arranged in a traditional fog motif at the sleeves and hem.   

This kimono does have two blemishes on the collar, see last photo. Underkimono have a white collar that would be covered with an embroidered over-collar, which is the only part of this garment that would be seen by the public. 

This kimono doesn't include a belt, but we do offer casual cotton sashes that can be added at checkout.  If you're planning to display this kimono, consider our 60" hanging rods, which can also be added at check out.
