This listing is for a vintage summer, cotton kimono - called a yukata - made for a young girl to wear to an informal event or summer festival.

This kimono is a dark blue cotton with an abundance of florals in pinks and purples with shaded blue leaves. Don't miss the butterflies - some outlined in white, some are filled in white and pink.

Yukata make great "play clothes" or robes, but these are also purchased for girls to wear at "International Day" at school. Please check the measurements against the child to confirm the fit before ordering - vintage kimono run small and remember that some of the length would be taken up at the waist when belted.
