This listing is for a vintage kimono made for a young girl to wear to a formal event. It is quite festive, brilliantly colored and features a collage of motifs that jumble into an eye-catching art piece. Bright green and orange wide, wavering bands cross diagonally across the piece with floating chrysanthemums pinwheeling all around. Some blossoms have metalic embroidered centers that have dulled a bit with age, but still hold a bit of sparkle.

Although it makes a playful display, it is still quite wearable - but please check the measurements against the child to confirm the fit before ordering. Kimono run small and remember that some of the length would be taken up at the waist when belted.
