This festival happens on November 15th, where young girls who are seven (shichi) or three (san) years old dress in full formal kimono and visit the temple with their families to celebrate the health and well-being of the children. 

This set includess the obijime (the soft, padded cording that goes on top of the obi), a tasseled fan (this one has a crane), a small purse with an even smaller mirror, a tasseled decoration, and a silver dangling kanzashi for the hair.

It all comes in the original box.
