This listing is for a traditional underkimono (juban in Japanese) designed to be worn beneath a woman's kimono. 

Fresh color on a soft, classic base. This juban kimono features a cream background scattered with coral and peach blossoms, accented with light green leaves and subtle blue details. The floral sprigs are simple and well-spaced, giving it an easy, wearable look.

Underkimono make wonderful robes because they are cut shorter than outer kimono, so they do not have the extra length that is typically folded at the waist for traditional dressing. The lighter weight and streamlined shape make them easy to slip on and wear without added bulk. Perfect for the beach, poolside lounging, summer cover ups, or effortless layering at home or out and about.
