This listing is for an antique Japanese kimono made for a young girl to wear.

This Japanese kimono bursts with seasonal charm, featuring bold chrysanthemums (kiku), peonies (botan), and maple leaves (momiji) in shades of golden yellow, soft blue, and vivid red. The flowers are layered over kanoko shibori panels in red that are stenciled not hand tied. The colors create a striking contrast against the deep indigo purple-blue background. Although we cannot give a specific age to this kimono, its coloring, design, silk type and red lining suggest that it is from pre-war Japan, as early as the 1920s but likely before the 1940s.
