This listing is for a set of five magnets covered with vintage Japanese kimono fabric - a great gift idea! Each magnet is actually a silk-covered button blank with a magnet attached on the back. 

This set features two kanoko (fawn spot) shibori magnet in blue and yellow, which compliments the other three magnets that have similar colors in their designs. If you look closely, you can see the subtle crackling that we suspect comes from a wax resist - a technique known as roketsuzome (batik) in Japanese.
