This listing is for a traditional fukuro style obi. 

The cheerful, classic plaid pattern feels both nostalgic and fashion forward. The weave blends deep navy, fresh green, and warm pink lines across a cream base to create a multi-dimensional grid. This obi would also be lovely as a table runner at the holidays and beyond, but it is also quite wearable with a kimono!

The entire front side is patterned - no blank sections as we usually find on a fukuro obi - creating an uninterrupted and eye-catching design from every angle.

The backside features its exposed lining - a solid, cream-colored fabric.  The front fabric wraps around the to the back to create a nice, finished edge.
