This listing is for a full bolt of traditional Japanese fabric intended to be made into a hakata style casual obi sash.  This style is sometimes sold in half-width (called a hanhaba hakata obi) and is popular for men and women to wear with a casual kimono or yukata. 

A confident classic with unmistakable appeal, this vintage hakata obi bolt showcases crisp geometric bands woven in a rich red with a silvery white design.. With their rhythmic patterning and structured weave, hakata textiles are celebrated for durability and graphic clarity.
