This listing is for ten overdyed indigo pieces in a mix of silk and synthetic fibers. Each piece began as a salvaged fragment from traditional garments, then was overdyed in layers of rich indigo dye, creating a range of moody blues, sometimes greenish hues, and unexpected tonal variations. Every base fabric, weave, and original pattern reacts differently, so no two results are ever the same, subtle motifs may emerge while others fade into the dye. A dye vat of natural fermented indigo crystals was used.

In this bundle you will receive ten pieces with a range of lengths 18-24" and widths 12-14". Some were simply dip-dyed and others were shibori-tied. Photos show examples of various bundles only; you will receive a similar bundle with comparable tones and variety.

These are reclaimed materials and may show signs of their past life, including small blemishes or wear, though the indigo process often softens or obscures them, adding to their depth and character.
