This listing is for a Japanese obijime - a length of silk cording that is tied across the center of the obi when it is worn in the traditional way.  Obijime can also be used as a casual belt, as a bracelet or rope necklace.  See examples of each in the last photo and in the video.

We will choose one for you from our large inventory of obijime. Pinks, purples, greens, silver/gold, and blues are the most common colors - feel free to add a note to your order if you have a color preference or send us a photo of your obi (at the same time you order!) and we will choose accordingly.  Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee your preference.  

The obijime measurements vary by a few inches but lengths range from 46"- 60" and widths are typically 1".
