This listing is for one yard from a deadstock bolt of unsewn, unused vintage Japanese kimono fabric.

This striking kimono fabric features bold, oversized checks in radiant shades of bright yellow and vivid red that mix to create a warm orange. Thin, lightweight silk that would've likely been a lining to a kimono or haori jacket. The weave catches the light beautifully with a bit of a sheen and the colors are warm and lively - like a lantern light in the late afternoon sun.
