This listing is for a group of six different Japanese tassels, each hand-woven.  All but one has a top knot with a loop from which they can be hung.

Soft colors - gray, greens, pink, gold and a dark blue. The dark blue does not have a knot on the top.

We don't know where these came from but they are typically used at the corners of fukusa gift covers, kanzashi hair ornaments, swords, and other decorative uses.
