This listing is for a pair of sleeves salvaged from a vintage Japanese furisode kimono. Furisode typically have 36-42" long sleeves.

This cheerful furisode sleeve pair bursts with pastel elements moving through flowing clouds, maple leaves, florals, and layered seasonal landscapes in soft mint, blush pink, cream, and turquoise tones. The design combines traditional motifs associated with beauty, longevity, and changing seasons. Colorful momiji maple leaves stand for autumn transformation, pine motifs for resilience, florals for celebration, and geometrics for harmony and connection.

Sweeping cloud bands and richly detailed yuzen printed sections create a lively storybook composition with a distinctly playful retro palette that feels both elegant and joyful. Look closely to see the couching that outlines some features and gold leaf accenting others.

There are signs of age consistent with light-colored vintage fabrics. This set has a couple spots, but overall, in fantastic condition.
