This tomesode offers a timeless landscape, featuring a beautifully detailed Japanese garden with stately pines, bamboo, flowing water, rocky shores, chrysanthemums, and brilliant maple leaves, all brought to life with hand-painted yuzen and delicate embroidery. Pine symbolizes longevity, bamboo represents resilience, chrysanthemums signify nobility, and flowing water evokes harmony and life's continuous journey. Five paulownia family crests mark this kimono's highest level of formality, adding a distinguished touch of heritage to the serene composition.

There are signs of age with areas of fading and a small hole on the bottom back, see last photos. Priced accordingly.
