Paying the deposit reserves a slot on our May 2026 Kyoto Tour. Your reservation will be finalized after a chat with Nancy - she'll contact you to arrange a time after your deposit is received. 

The total trip cost is $4900 (excludes airfare). The $4400 balance is due by check or money order (no online payments), split into two payments of $2200 each, by November 13, 2025 and February 13, 2026.

REFUND POLICY:
75% back for cancellations made before 10/13/25
50% back for cancellations made before 1/13/26
25% back for cancellations made before 4/13/26
Participants are expected to get traveler's insurance.
