Paying the deposit reserves a slot on our October 2025 Kyoto Tour. Your reservation will be finalized after a chat with Nancy - she'll contact you to arrange a time after your deposit is received.

The total trip cost is $4900 (excludes airfare). The $4400 balance is due by check or money order (no online payments), split into two payments of $2200 each, by April 15, 2024 and July 15, 2024.

REFUND POLICY:
75% back for cancellations made before 1/13/24
50% back for cancellations made before 7/13/24
25% back for cancellations made before 9/13/24
Participants are expected to get traveler's insurance.
