This listing is for a vintage Japanese kimono likely meant for casual wear.

Vertical bands alternate a royal purple, rust, and goldenrod, with each color appearing in the wider bands as well. Stripes were very popular for kimono in the 1960s and 70s, so this may be from then or earlier.

Nice crisp, smooth silk. Red upper and pink lower lining.
