colors and gold metalic sparkle give this nagoya style obi pizzazz
to brighten up a less-lively kimono or to add a bold accent to your
table or display wall. A single large
medallion appears where the taiko
drum style bow would be tied in the back, but a partial medallion peeks out at the midwaist and gold woven imagery is scattered along the rest of the obi. Backside
is plain. This vintage obi shows signs of wear
at one side and at the wider end of the piece, where the edges
have frayed. Still
wearable, priced accordingly. |
