Several versions of this unaddorned black silk jacket in stock, each has a different, single crest at the neck. You can choose from lined or unlined while supplies last. They are not designed to close or cross over in the front. Each lining is unique, lined ones are reversible.

"Pixie Pink " Woman's Kimono - was $75 NOW: $55

This is a very sweet print of a wavering, woven net - the design is an excellent example of how movement is created by the print - see how the netting diamonds are irregular and seem to undulate across the fabric. A smooth, medium weight silk with an extra wide collar that can be turned under.

"Underkimono Geo" Woman's Kimono - was $65 NOW: $45

Made with a soft and supple silk, this underkimono is a dream to wear. The patterning includes repeated wavy horizontal bands rolling across the kimono, and underneath the waves is a funky geometric jacquard - hard to describe the pattern but it includes several traditional images. The tacked cream collar is in great condition. Wonderful to wear under a kimono or as a robe.

"Funky Lace" Woman's Underkimono - was $65 NOW: $45

Here's one we've never seen before. It's almost like a lace fabric, but not silk (as far as we can tell). Still, it has a soft feel and is fun to wear - the fabric is not sheer but not solid either. No doubt intended as a summer kimono to be worn over an underkimono. Have fun with this one - it should become someone's favorite robe...

"Black is Back and Beautiful " Woman's Unlined Kimono - $45

Traditional formal women's kimonos with no patterning except for five family crests - at neck, back of each sleeve, and front collar. Your crest will be different - we get several of these throughout the year. The size will vary within a few inches on length and waist but no probelm for those of small or medium build up to 5'9" tall. Unlined versions are a light silk, great for summer wear.

"All That Glitters " Woman's Kimono - was $100 NOW: $75

Eye catching design of long, stemless leaves that arch all along this wonderful kimono. An almost Egyptian design of archetecture is a shadowy background feature that lends depth and layering to the design. The fabric seems to be synthetic and is a bit sturdier and stiffer than it might look. But the metalic is dazzling and makes this kimono an event unto itself. A few small blemishes but still quite wearable.

Very soft pastel peach with a hint of green in some of the brushstroke design of the fabric. A synthetic jacquard with tone on tone sweeping strokes of pattern, it is light and silk-like but easy to wear and care for.

Kasuri weave gives this kimono design a fuzzy effect. Wonderful color combination for the holidays, and a pattern of rectangles that looks to us like playing cards. Each is patterned differently but we like the floral ones. Great weight - a bit heavier which makes it ideal for winter - still comfy and warm. Great with a black belt.

Funky textured synthetic (more like upholstry fabric!) with a raised chrysanthemum pattern with the blossom centers as a raised velvet look. An unusual color, a unique garment. Nice scalloped neckline, snap closures, a secret pocket, and dark red lining.

"Three Vases" Nagoya Obi - was $40 NOW: $30
ITEM NUMBER: 0406Obi6
Fun and unusual pattern of three different vases (a pot, a pitcher and an urn?) done with a batik technique in rust and navy against a cream background. The same three vases appears on both sides of the center belt section of the obi, but one side has some discoloration (the other side does not). And the rest is plain. Probably not silk but the fabric has a crepey feel.
