We accept any non-custom*
item back for any reason AS LONG AS we receive the item(s) back
within ten days of our shipping it to you, or it is postmarked
within seven days of your receipt of it. We will gladly make an
exchange or refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping
cost).
If it is later than the 10 days:
1.The item can be exchanged for one of same or lesser value (no
partial refund on lesser value items) customer is responsible
for the cost of shipping the new item.
2. A refund can be processed for the item price minus a 20% restocking
fee for each week (beginning after the ten day full refund policy
period) until it is in our possession.
Sorry, but:
We don't refund shipping costs unless the item does not arrive
as described.
We can't accept partial returns on sets or bundles.
We appreciate getting an email
from you in advance if you are going to return an item. And we
always appreciate feedback as to why the item is being returned.
*For custom-made kimonos, haori or hakama, as well as for specialty
items purchased exclusively for a customer, returns can be negotiated
on a case-by-case basis.
